A large Malaysian financial services group engaged Aristal to set up and operationalize a family takaful company. Aristal led the Operation Day 1 implementation planning and target operating model development for the new company. Aristal drove and managed the implementation of all business units and software applications involving more than 10 business & IT workstreams, to support the operationalization of the takaful business.
