Aristal Helped a Top Global Insurer to Implement New Core Policy Administration System

Aristal successfully completed and delivered Phase 1 of a new core policy administration system implementation for the Malaysian arm of a global insurer. Phase 1 of the program included the implementation of a new online distribution channel and the rollout of new term insurance and bancassurance products across various business functions (such as new business, policy servicing, billing & collection, receipting & payments, finance, compliance).

Aristal was responsible for planning and managing the overall program and played key roles in the areas of requirements gathering, testing, and deployment to ensure successful and timely delivery. The successful delivery of this program marked a major milestone for the client, enabling the insurer to meet market demands by improving the flexibility and speed-to-market for new product launches as well as to meet regulatory requirements. It had also strengthened the position of the insurer to be ready to support the ever-changing technology landscape.
