Aristal was engaged by a top Malaysian bank to conduct a 3-month business process re-engineering (BPR) design project to develop the origination processes target design for one of their refinancing products with multiple facilities, to achieve the desired efficiency and effectiveness with an optimal turnaround time (TAT).
The target origination process design included improvements required to optimize the overall processing TAT, reduce rework rate, improve productivity and efficiency, and enhance customer experience. These improvements were translated into various critical initiatives to be implemented according to the proposed roadmap to realise the business benefits.
